About the Authors

Sudhakar A, MSc [N], MBA [Hospital Management], PGDC [NICU & ICU], LLB, PhD (N) is working as Nursing Dean cum Principal, Popular Institute of Medical Foundation and Popular College of Nursing, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. He is a National Level Trainer for Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) in Indian Academic of Pediatric (IAP). He has worked as Youth Red Cross Coordinator (YRC) during 2012–2013 in Tamil Nadu. The author has also worked in the capacity of a BSc & MSc Nursing Research Guide in VCON, Lucknow. He has also performed the role of Internal and External Examiner in various universities.
