Refund policy
Every book we send is original, checked, sealed and packed with care. This is how cancellations, changes and refunds work.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel or change your order yourself within 12 hours of placing it. Go to Your orders, sign in with the email you ordered with, and open the order.
- Cancel: the whole order is cancelled and the full amount goes back to your payment method.
- Change: you can change the number of copies, remove books or add new ones. The courier charge is worked out again on the new weight. You see the new total before you save.
- If the new total is lower, we refund the difference to your payment method.
- If the new total is higher, you pay the balance with the link we send you. We pack the order once it is paid.
After 12 hours, or once your order is packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
If a book goes out of stock
Sometimes a title goes out of stock after you order. If that happens, we refund the cost of that book and send the rest of your order as usual.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. If you haven't received a refund after 10 working days, write to us.
No returns or replacements
We don't accept returns and we don't replace books once they are dispatched. Every book is checked, sealed and packed with the utmost care before it leaves us. Please check the title, edition, author and ISBN before you pay.
