Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India.

When your order leaves

We dispatch every order within 2 days from Chennai, once the 12-hour window to cancel or change it has passed. We check the edition of each book before it is packed.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs ₹70 for the first kg and ₹50 for every kg after that. The weight of your order is rounded to the nearest kilo, and every order is charged for at least 1 kg. You see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

For very large orders, where delivery comes to more than ₹5,000, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99882 35123 before you pay and we'll look for a cheaper way to send it.

If you change your order within the 12 hours, the delivery charge is worked out again on the new weight.

Large orders in Chennai

Ordering more than 30 kg for delivery within Chennai? Contact us before you order and we'll offer a custom delivery price or another way to get the books to you.

Delivery times

Courier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your parcel is shipped, you can track it on Your orders. The parcel is your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us, so please check the address before you pay.

Packing

Every book is checked, sealed and packed with the utmost care. If you have a concern about your parcel, WhatsApp us on +91 99882 35123 with your order number.
